Would I consider any future work on any of my vehicles with this company? Probably not based on the answer I got which makes it look like they are Cherry-picking the work they want. If the owner wants to reply, then great! I would like a better answer ... Lack of proper equipment, etc is better than the answer I got over the phone.
Phil and his staff are first class. His diagnostic services are the best in Bristol. Unlike other mechanics, he usually has our vehicles serviced in a day or two. We won’t be taking our cars anywhere else! Give them a try!

Called to see if they could do a heater core flush on my 2013 Nissan NV3500 (easy access to lines) and was told upon giving them the vehicle info, they wouldn't work on it. I asked why and the answer was "just don't". That was really a good answer without explaining why they "just don't".
