WORST experience I have ever had ordering a pizza. (The managers name that I spoke with is Nicole)

Horrible!!! I've waited 10 years to order from you again! The kid spoke do fast, I couldn't understand anything. Ordered the x-lg, 3 topping. Bread sticks and a 2 liter Pepsi. Delivery.... $25.. cause I gave an extra tip. Had to put pizza in oven. Bread sticks not even warm and pitiful. Pizza was no extra large and missing 3rd topping and out of Pepsi. Never again!!!

I ordered 7 pizzas to be delivered to TN high school for Christmas party. They were delivered promptly. Staff was most helpful! Will order again from here.

I called and placed a delivery order last night 15 minutes before they closed. I asked the young man if it was too late to order and he assured me it was not... My husband and I waited an hour before trying to call them back and they were closed. THE PIZZA NEVER CAME!

First off I order from the app all the time. This particular order came without cheese and toppings on one side of the pizza. I called and discussed this with one of the workers at the store and she said "as long as 80% of the pizza is returned we can make you a new one" to which I replied "my roommate already ate one piece but we can put the others back." An hour and a half after I had originally placed the order did another pizza arrive. I opened the box for her to look at it and she implied we dropped the pizza. I told her no we didn't. First the top of the box would have cheese and sauce all over it and she could come inspect the floors of our house if she didn't further believe me. She then stated "we looked you up and it seems like this is your first time ordering so just for future reference don't eat any of the pizza. It's policy." I had explained this on the phone already before they made the new pizza. As I said, I order from them all the time but won't anymore. That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced and recommend no one order from them because of their condescending attitude.

50 minutes went by and no sign of our pizza. I had my husband call back and check on our order. Nicole told him that his wife agreed to waiting over an hour and a half.... UNTRUE I called her back and told her that I knew nothing about waiting over and hour and a half. She was VERY RUDE she began to raise her voice higher than before and argue with me saying she told me it would be over and hour and a half. I told her I was unhappy with the situation and that I wanted to cancel my order. She said "ok bye" and hung up on me!!!!! I was FURIOUS I called her back and asked to speak with the manager . She told me that she was the manager !!!!! How??????? Boiling with anger I told her that she had terrible customer service skills. for one you do not hang up on a customer, you do not argue with a customer. This situation could have been handled differently! I am very very very disappointed in my experience with his papa johns.

Placed an order using my online account. I always get the Big Bonanza, it has jalapeño peppers as a default item. My husband picked up our order and the pizza had zero peppers on it. When I called the store, the very sorry manager barely offered an apology and told me if I brought it back they could remake it. Hardly the point. A) most people order carryout because they don't have time to wait on the pizza to be made, b) if its a specialty item-know the ingredients that are supposed to be on the order, c) a good manager tries to ensure good experience and return customers. There's enough pizza shops around here to get better service from.

This afternoon we decided to try again, when I called to place my delivery order I explained what happened last night to the manager and she gave me a discount on our new order. She did not seem very apologetic she was very blunt and insincere. However she gave us a discount and I was pleased with that. She explained to me that the wait time would be a little longer than usual and I said that was fine..
