My daughter was rejected for service because of a bill of $33. My family has went to Dr.Shrinker for couple of years...Called to see why and they said she owed $33 dollars from last July but was seen in August. The office said it was in collections why did they not mention it in August when she had a doctor's visit ? She has never received a collection bill from them ,she was unaware of the balance on her bill until today. I totally understand you need to pay your bills but to refuse to see a patient over $33 is rediculous .
