bristol,tn branch is awesome made appt online for 3pm but was in pinnacle around 1pm so called asked if an opening so they changed to 1pm so no waiting went in filled out paper and immediately saw the doctor all the staff was very nice and polite and the prices was super nice i paid $69.99 for 2 pairs of glasses total and the eye exam was free im happy i found this store on google while trying to get my drivers license renewed had to go get doctors statement to get my license and no extra cost filled it out and got my license another 8 years thank you to all the great staff here,i read other reviews here about way they dress they all dress nicely and shoes wear what feels comfortable dont need to be show offs im 100% happy with here and will allways be using them in the future for all my needs. thank you god bless
Stopped by and purchased new eyeglasses and a new pair of sunglasses. The staff was very helpful and offered opinions between pairs I had picked out and how they fit my face/complimented my features. Once I had my made my final selection, I was checked out and had my new prescription glasses in just a little over a week and love, love them! The sunglasses I had picked out are amazing and did not require a prescription. Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to help me out. I will be referring my friends to this location!
My son and I went for our appointment today (On a Saturday morning... love that they have weekend operating hours for those who work through the week and make it easy to schedule appointments without having to take off work or have children leave school early
I attempted to order more contacts after the trail pair needed to be replaced. I was told by the sales person that I was not able to do so since I never made a follow up appointment. Also they were not allowed to release my prescription to me to go elsewhere stating that its against law to release it without a follow up. I asked if I could find that state law online. No answer. I've never had to "follow up" on a pair of contacts before. I find it odd that this is the first time I have had this problem and I've been wearing contacts for 31 years but the sales person stated that this "law" has been in effect "for years". And also if I needed new contacts I would have to have my eyes evaluated all over again.
I was very skeptical about going based on the mixed reviews, but I am beyond thankful I went. The staff was extremely friendly, I was in and out within 30-45 minutes (which involved several eye exams including contacts and glasses, paperwork, fitting, etc). I will recommend this place to everyone, not only because of the speed, but for the service and knowledge of the staff. Amazing place!
