Wow, I am so impressed with these guys! I posted a poor review after a really disappointing experience. Thriveworks contacted me within MINUTES and immediately set a course to amend the issue. This morning a senior manager called me personally and apologized profusely and sincerely for my experience with some of their phone staff and hiccups in billing. She immediately put the wheels in motion to correct the problem and had resolved it within hours! She went above and beyond to ensure she understood the problem, was empathetic and understanding of the problem, and we had a clear understanding of how to resolve it and move forward. I could not be more pleased and grateful to this manager and am looking forward to continuing my engagement with Thriveworks!

I can not be grateful enough for this place. When I first came into Thriveworks I had six months sobriety from a horrible opioid addiction. Dr. Michael Pelcher did my evaluation and gave me great insight on my disease and most of all hope. I was set up with Ms. Trisha Starbird and I can honestly say she has changed my life and a big reason I have maintained my sobriety today. I learned that addiction was just a symptom to my true underlying issues. Trisha was spot on and truly new how to help me overcome my guilt, shame, and view of myself as a person. I carried around a lot from my past that I didn't even realize and she was able to use EMDR to help me get rid of these feelings completely. She is one of the most compassionate, hard working, and straight to the point counselors. She not only helped me personally but help my husband and I rebuild our marriage. My life is wonderful today and Trisha Starbird, you are the best thing that has happened to me. I feel like God puts people in our lives at exactly the right time. You will always be my go to. I highly recommend her!!!!
Inaccessible to people on United Healthcare Dual Complete Community Plan despite professed favor of human considerations rather than monetary ones. Also as an aside stole the most sensible "bristolcounseling" domain name, which seems a bit greedy.

I have been going here for several months. I had been to another place and it didn't help with my issues. Thriveworks is so great! I enjoy going and the office is quiet. Sidney is wonderful!
