A family member went to BRCC for assistance with an anxiety issue. His counselor, Ms. Frida (how professional) talked only about herself for the entire session, motioned playing the violin when he told her of his problem and stated "cry me a river". She then seemed surprised when he told her he did not wish to schedule another session. Aren't counselors supposed to supply strategies to assist with problems, not mock clients who come to them for help?

My experiences with Bristol Counseling vary from the stellar therapist I had this year to a doctor who is no longer there who was criminally incompetent and a void of compassion. I have not been for a while but I can vouch for a number of the high quality associates on staff there, especially Felicia the nurse, formerly present Dr Coleman, and that stellar recent therapist. Most of the people there are doing their best, with a few sad exceptions. I would go back though definitely.
