My husband has had trouble with his hearing aids while visiting in Bristol. The Opticon website directed him to Jennifer Henson at Mountain Empire Eye Physicians. He spoke to her this morning. She made room in her schedule today,solved the problem in minutes and refused payment!! We were impressed by the calm employees at the busy front desk, the efficient layout of the facility and the positive comments from patients in the waiting room. If strangers are treated this well, locals are lucky to be nearby.
