I called on behalf of my mother who has been a patient there for a couple of months. She started having severe anxiety out of no where and was depressed, scared, worried, anxious and just out of it. Not herself. I gave them a call and requested to receive a call from her Dr when she was not busy to discuss what she can do about it. The receptionist said she would pass the message and it has been 2 days since then and I’ve received no call. This is unacceptable.
