I just left the used car lot with the keys to my new '99 4Runner! Nelson Shortt sold it to me. He was excellent! I live in Atlanta and I found the car online. I took a risk putting a down payment on it over the phone sight unseen. Nelson was honest with me about the clear coat paint peeling off on the hood and a small dent that weren't visible to me in the photos that the dealership had on their site. I really appreciated his honesty. I got a great deal and I can't thank him enough! He was also nice enough to hold the car there with a down payment for a couple weeks before I came to get it. I already had a trip to Virginia planned and the dealership was on the way there. They are also allowing me to leave it at the dealership and pick it up on Sunday on the way back home when they are closed. Great service!
So impressed with salesman Lee. He was honest, up front and helpful. Steven in finance was patient and answered all my questions. We will definitely come back to the Wallace family! Edit...it would have been nice to know the car didn't include floor mats. I know it sounds silly, but come on, $20,000 car and no floor mats? However I did get to pay for an $86 emergency roadside assistance kit. I would have traded it for floor mats! Oh and the glue is still all over the car which makes for a nice dirt magnet.
