In response to the manager below. I DID try to contact you by email and phone. I received NO reply. The only reply was from your salesperson who said he would do NOTHING. That is why I resorted to the BBB and that's the only reason you replied then. Your offer of less than half of the repair costs was insulting to say the least. The only reason you reply here and on other sites is to try and make consumers think you actually care.
Recently I received a notice that my airbags needed replacing. I took my 2004 Honda to Bill Gatton Honda in Bristol. Not only did they do a great job but they treated me with kindness that I rarely see in this world. Thank you all for making my day! You are all awesome!

DO NOT buy a used car from this dealership unless you get it checked out by a third party mechanic that you know and trust. I recently bought a car online from them and I usually do send it to a third party but this time I didn't. They swore up and down the car was 100% mechanically sound and needed NOTHING. I even asked them to look for specific leaks/seepage common to this vehicle. When I received the car and ran it for the first time more than a few minutes, I smelled burning oil. Took it to my mechanic and turns out it needs ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS in repairs!! When I tried to get in touch with the manager.....crickets......no email reply no phone reply. I did talk to the salesperson and they refused to lift a finger or give a dime to help. They are either dishonest or incompetent. Either way, stay away.
Don't be fooled!! Typical dealership who will promise and say anything to get your money. To this day I still have not talked to you!!! If you care so much why haven't you called? Your words are truly hollow.
Will not be buying a car from you! First we came in at 2pm with kids in toe to possible buy a van. Because it was a trade in the sales rep had my license and keys. Could not just leave when it got to 4pm and my kids at this point hungry and restless. It was just a back and forth game on "approval" and never got the final price on what the whole transaction would be. My wife and I feel like every trick in the book was used to get us to their terms. I will also be talking to the Regional Manager of my bank in the morning, the local branch has no record of conversation with the sales rep and has a lot of questions to ask about the attempted transaction. At the end of the day my wife is in tears and exasperated we wasted our time dealing with a shady company! I will drive to Ashevillle,NC or Knoxville if it prevents a sale to these guys!
