Appointments are made quickly and easily, and they will see your pet ASAP if needed. All staff are calm, quiet and very personable. The animals seem to love them. They ask multiple questions about your pet in order to know them well and in our case, they're recommended treatment for the problems are very effective. They are our veterinarian of choice!
Dr. Riehl and staff are the best vet office around for our little fur babies. Dr. Mark Riehl has been practicing vet medicine for decades and has a lot of experience to draw from to treat our animals. We use his office exclusively and I recommend my friends and family to do the same. His staff are also some of the best around. They have been there for years and take can take great care of your animals. Your pet is in good hands here and will be a happier and healthier pet!
The clinic is set up so you are not waiting in a little room secluded from everything else. The exam rooms have windows to the other rooms and to the lobby and are nice and large, so the wait is very comfortable. Dr. Reihl spent plenty of time with my dog and looked her over very thoroughly. He seemed very knowledgeable about dogs. The support staff also seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly and helpful. And they made us feel special about being a new patient.
