Went to New York Nov. 27-29. The biggest complaint I have is we booked early enough to be on the first bus. They added two more buses and we were put on the second bus, which was the only one that did not have chargers at every seat. However we were told all seats had chargers and we would be able to charge whatever we wanted. Since we needed our phone to get around New York we could not use it for music and entertainment on the bus. The four of us had access to one charger up front so we still couldn't really use them. When my sister asked about it they were very rude and the only help they gave was for us to go to the other bus but there was not 4 seats together. We were told the last stop before NY would be 45 minutes but it was an hour and a half. They never set a time limit on a stop. We also spent over an hour for breakfast on the way back because the fast food place they stopped at was McDonalds and Shoney's. So we got back 25 minutes late. I know in the scheme of things the longer stops aren't the worst thing in the world. But they way they acted when we asked about it was unprofessional. I put an honest review on Facebook and they blocked me and then wrote a post calling me a liar I couldn't respond to. A good business listens to customers and makes improvements where possible but they couldn't handle anything negative. I give it 2 stars because the bus drivers were great and we got water and snacks on the way down and I had a great time with my family.
The tour company that we went thru was awesome but for the bus NO.. the seats were super small and over crowded, the seat in front of you was against your knees no room to move and no lumbar support, has many people that ride these buses and the money spent you would think they would be comfortable, everyone on the bus complained , please consider your customers..
