The staff is always willing to help you find anything that you may be looking for and will be glad to get it if they don't have it in stock.
The employees are really concerned about the customers and they have the knowledge about all the products and my dogs love to visit there
At first, it seems a little dirty and run down, but I would never buy an animal anywhere else. I have two rabbits that are in spectacular health that I've had for two and three years. They have never had any health issues, and are very loving and tame pets. I wish I lived closer, though. We also recently bought a ferret, and he is such a wonderful pet. The staff helped us pick out the right animals for us each time we went. Love this place!
A good local place with lots of useful pet stuff. Prices are VERY reasonable and was able to get in and out with what I needed with help from one of the ladies who helped me. It's a very mom and pop style place, so nothing fancy.
A very friendly and helpful environment. This is the only place that I have ever shopped that every single employee speaks to me. It is not a mindless scripted welcome either. Each associate makes eye contact and genuinely speaks to the customer. It makes a weekly chore of buying feeder crickets not so much of a chore. I spend very little money in there but they treat me as if I'm dropping loads of cash each time. I don't personally know anyone who works there either. So they are just simply nice, kind, polite, and knowledgeable.
