Some people have to work. Don't understand why all shoe stores don't open until 10. No business from me.
I like this shoe store - great selection and the buy a pair and get the second pair half off seems like a good deal. I just bought two pairs of shoes for myself and two for my wife. Sales staff was friendly, an associate offered to assist us the moment we walked in. I considered buying this killer pair of Durango cowboy boots, but may come back and get them another time. Overall a good shoe store I will buy shoes here again.
I bought a pair of nikes from here and was dissatifsed with them. I wanted to like them but couldnt. I brought them back to return them and get my money back and the girl proceeded to say we cant take these back, you have woren them. She was right, i had but just around the house to try them out. They were not even dirty. She then said it was the managers "policy" and she would not give me my money back. Im now upset and leave and drive all the way to johnson city to return them at the mall. They gave me money back on the spot, no questions asked!! They even looked over them!
