Realtor Mike Mumpower really gives this company a bad name. I was looking at a home to rent in Bristol VA. After calling for 3 days I was finally able to get ahold of Mike. We went through the credit check and came to a agreement on the house. After viewing the lease I told Mike to give me a few days to think it over and that another home and became available through a private party that I was going to check on it before commiting to the lease. He seemed disapointed and told me to let him know. After approximately a week I made the descion to move forward in renting the house Mike was managing. He then told me he had another potential renter interested that I would be at the back of the line. I agreed this was fair. Well a month and a half went went by still no one has rented the home. Mike Mumpower will not answer his phone return any calls or emails. In my experience with him he has been very unprofessional.
