Clean and well maintained. There are plenty of helpful attendants, and plenty of play areas. Comfy seating for the Papaw as well. Free WiFi too.

This place could be fun, but it's so crowded that we could hardly do anything. My youngest wasn't even allowed on the trampolines with me his mother...I was disappointed at this. If we ever go back, we will try to go on a weekday or something. Otherwise, it's not very enjoyable or worth it for me. The kids will love it anytime though.
What a great work out JustJump is for all ages. There is a minimal concession booth, clean restrooms as well as adequate seating areas for non-jumpers. All in all a very nice family or couples activity for a reasonable price.
Great place for a bit of active fun! Two dodgeball courts, a jousting arena, an obstacle course, and a large trampoline area are some of the awesome areas where you can enjoy yourself. There is an area for younger children along with a rock climbing wall. For parents who aren't interested in jumping there is a lounge area overlooking the play area. There are staff monitoring all of the play areas, making sure there is no misuse of the equipment. Along with all of this there are concessions and an area for booked parties. An enjoyable place to go and wear yourself out! Though, it is not for those who shy away from physical activity. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
Lots of jumping space even when moderately crowded. Young but helpful and attentive staff. Recommend bringing grip socks to avoid buying the $3.00 ones supplied in house.
Overall this is a decent place to take the kids for some cold weather or rainy day exercise. They seem to be geared towards kids 12 and up or so. The only thing that I don't particularly care for here is how the banding works. With your paid admission you receive a band that designates the time that your jumping time is up. Simple enough. The issue for me is, if you have a small child it is pretty easy to lose track of them in this place. Most places of this nature band parents and young children with matching bands and check them on departure. This place doesn't offer that type of security or service.
