Had a tree fall against my roof. The tree was removed and I was getting an estimate for the repair. The guy didn't even bother getting up on the roof. He just walked up and said it would be 5,000.00. The all looked like they walked straight out of jail. Then he said they required a 500.00 deposit before they even started. That told me right then these guys weren't planning on doing quality work. NEVER NEVER pay before the job is done. If they want a deposit, they must not be very legitimate.
