I thought this was going to be a good place to buy some furniture, but thanks to some flagrant mishaps by the sales team my account almost went into collections. Make sure you get your paperwork from them or they will screw you.

Extremely upset with how my order was handled. Was told to empty the room so when my deliver came they could assemble. Thought to myself no problem they give me a time frame of 1 to 5 again no problem. 5 rolls around I have to call them to ask what's going on to find out truck has been stuck somewhere for last 2 hours and I wouldn't be receiving my bed today. Great now I have no bed to sleep on tonight. I then get told they can reschedule to deliver Monday. So I am to understand I missed my daughter 1st trick or treat to not get a call and not receive my order and get to not sleep on a bed all weekend. What do I get out of all of this? Nothing you know where I will never buy furniture from again and make sure all 200 of my employee hear about it bet you can guess.............

They have decent prices but they are con artists. I simple asked if they could match a sale from a competitor and they were all to happy to beat it. What they neglected in all their hype was that they removed 1 chair from the entire purchase. Of course we were told it was included in the little hype sale but then when we go to pick up it was not on the actual paperwork. When I go to the counter to ask what happened of course it was all a misunderstanding and it was 'suppose' to include all the chairs I asked for. But since I did not pay for it as it was not on the invoice (guess we know how they beat the price huh) I had to add it on and they tried to make me pay a higher price!. Well I caught that one and the guy says he didn't know it was discounted. HAHAHAHA! Well you know the only reason I even caught on before I drove off was the guy in shipping. He KNEW I didn't buy all the chairs. How? I was buying more chairs than the standard package so how did he know? The set came with 4 chairs and I wanted 6. The pickup ticket said 5 so how would he know? Con artist all the way. So no I did not get the competitor price beat but it was close to the same deal. So that is why I gave it 2 stars at least.

Large variety of furniture. They also have a bargain cave in the back of the store with some good deals.

Wish I could give this place a zero. Their accounts dept applied my money to another account had proof of this and then they repo the furniture and did not give me credit for it. Said they NEVER got it. They have a crook for the repo guy. I'm not the only one who he done this too
