Thrilled!!! Best place in Bristol!! Friendly and professional. I ordered a fresh mixed arrangement, bright and colorful, they not only delivered it in a timely manner, but it was beautiful and super fresh! I will be using them in the future.
After reading some of the bad reviews I was hesitant about using this florist, but they were the only florist in town that actually had what I was looking for so I gave them a chance and I was not disappointed. The arrangement was beautiful and my wife absolutely loved it! Pippin Florist will be getting my business again!
I read some of these reviews before I ordered flowers from our office to a couple of our team members today. Dr Seaver & Pittman's office has used Pippin Florist for many years from a business side to a personal side and NOT ONE TIME have we had an unpleasant experience. I'm flabbergasted at some of the reviews that have been left here. I called my order in for 2 arrangements today and within several hours, not only did I get what I asked for, but they were delivered very timely. We appreciate Pippin Florist for their service and all the happiness they bring to our patients & team members when we call on them for these special occassions. Thanks Pippin Florist for coming through for us once again today!
Extremely Disappointed! We ordered flowers for a funeral service. The flowers were not delivered until an hour after the specified time, and only after I called to find out where they were. They never offered an apology or explanation for their tardiness. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the flowers were nice. However, if you want professionalism go somewhere else.
