Unequivocally the worst customer service I have ever received. I was processing an auto loan through North State and I was as courteous and helpful as possible. I attempted to provide them with all of the documentation I could to assist in streamlining the process and was treated like a second class citizen by the branch manager. Moreover, I was told certain documents were perfectly acceptable, only to be told shortly after that they were not. The entire experience was amongst the worst I have ever received at any business. I eventually just told them to shut it down and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. Not only was I treated with infinitely more respect at Greater Eastern, I received an much lower interest rate.
In short, I could not possibly recommend with any more fervor that you avoid this establishment at all costs. The only possible pro I can give this location was that the lady working the front desk was in fact quite polite and helpful.
