Worst customer experience I've ever had as a designer and remodeler. Have called, kept after them for 2 weeks only to get 0 in return. I'd rather die than use them on any renovation or remodel project I'm on. When a contractor has to call 3-4x a week with nothing in return there's a SERIOUS problem

On top of a great customer service team and on time product delivery, this company took the time to touch base with me when my ordering pattern swayed. It is hectic running a business and Lighthouse has saved me headaches by "checking in" with me when I forget to order. I think they are personable and attentive.
