Lost some credibility with the new owners. Coffee isn't great and the bagels are just alright.
I absolutely love Manna Bagel. All of the staff are very sweet and helpful especially Crystal Epperson. They are the only place that carries great Onion bagels. I tried the peanut butter balls for dessert and they were amazing. I have yet to have a bad experience there or not be 100% satisfied when I left and have been a customer for years.
Wife and I have been coming here to eat a bagel and drink a cup of coffee at least once a month for several years now. After 1:00 pm most likely if I want a cup of non flavored house blend coffee it has to be decaf since the regular house blend dispenser will be empty. The bagels are always good and deserve 4 stars, but what drew us here on our first visit was non flavored caffeinated coffee. Rush hour most likely took the caffeinated house blend and left till tomorrow same time same channel. Wife attempted to drink one of the flavored coffees, but it was cold. No one behind the counter for almost our entire visit. Wish we had not already put a really good tip in the tip jar ... Would have been bad form to ask for that back. Would not have been possible anyway since no one was behind the counter to help in any way. Will come back anyway because this was the first horrible experience at Manna.
Love the sundried tomato basil soup it's so delicious and creamy and I love a tomato cheese basil mayo bagel. My fav. Good coffee fresh bagels all authentic. I never buy bagels unless the owners are Jewish or Italian so I know they're the best of the Bristol area
